By accessing or using any service offered by Synexora™, you agree to the terms outlined below. These cover how we operate, collaborate, and handle engagements.

• Service Engagements: All consulting services are customized per client needs and confirmed through mutual communication before starting.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide clear inputs and timely access to relevant infrastructure where applicable.
• Confidentiality: Any client-shared sensitive data is handled securely and not reused outside the agreed project scope.
• Deliverables & IP: Custom deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Synexora™ retains rights to reusable frameworks or templates unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments: Payment terms, schedules, and methods are defined before each project begins.
• Warranty & Support: A 90-day post-delivery support period is provided for issues related to the agreed scope.
